COUNTDOWN TO THE INOVYN AWARDS 2019

The countdown to the INOVYN Awards 2019 has begun, with just two weeks left until the Awards Ceremony on 17 October in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The INOVYN Awards 2019 is designed to help boost innovation by recognising and promoting key achievements in the global vinyl industry.

An independent panel of expert judges will choose the winners across four categories: sustainability innovation; design innovation; process innovation; and new product innovation. The total prize money awarded across all 4 categories is €50,000.

A record 93 projects have been submitted to the Awards from more than 19 countries worldwide. These include innovations from converters, additive suppliers, universities, research institutes, students, recyclers, compounders, industry associations, designers and machinery manufacturers.

Comments Chris Tane, CEO INOVYN: “Innovation is the key to market growth and sustainable development for the vinyl industry, and as a global leader in vinyl production we are delighted once again to showcase the very best projects from around the world through the INOVYN Awards 2019.”

The INOVYN Awards 2019 ceremony coincides with ‘K2019’, the flagship international fair of the plastics industry.
