- The 2025 Inovyn Awards ceremony will be held in Düsseldorf on October 9.
- It recognises sustainable and ground-breaking projects, which showcase the important role vinyl plays in society.
- Entries are open until 30 May using the following categories: Reaching Net Zero, Circularity and Performance & Design.
- Geir Tuft, INEOS Inovyn’s CEO, said: "From medicine to construction, our industry delivers products that are essential for modern life. These awards proudly celebrate ideas that are advancing new sustainable solutions, and at a time when Europe faces an increasingly challenging environment, we need strong examples of innovation and leadership. This year represents the Inovyn Awards 9th anniversary, and I look forward to welcoming our outstanding finalists in October."
INEOS Inovyn is Europe's largest PVC producer and the global leader in speciality PVC. We are delighted to announce the return of the Inovyn Awards, which are held every three years to coincide with the ‘K Fair’, the world's largest trade event for plastics and rubber.
The awards are designed to recognise pioneering ideas and showcase the vital role vinyl plays. Our industry faces an increasingly challenging environment with growing geopolitical uncertainty - highlighting the need for new technologies, sustainability stewardship and strong leadership.
This year’s categories features Reaching Net Zero, which looks at examples of CO2 emissions reduction, energy efficiency and the use of renewables. Circularity, emphasising the integration of recycled content and recycling design, and Performance & Design, which focuses on product improvement and the value of innovative designs.
"We are looking for brilliant examples of sustainability, innovation and challenging the status quo, that have the potential to make our industry stronger. Previous winners range from multinationals to academics, and these awards are an exciting opportunity to help grow small ideas into global solutions," said Arnaud Valenduc, INEOS Inovyn’s Business Director.
All entries will be judged by an independent panel of experts, and the winners revealed at the awards ceremony in Düsseldorf on 9 October. To enter, please submit your project through our online entry form by 30 May 2025.
